Description: This young man wanted "the hump removed from my nose." He underwent an open rhinoplasty (performed through a tiny incision between the nostrils) as a 15-year-old. We also straightened out the inside of his nose (septoplasty) to improve his breathing. These procedures are commonly performed together.
