Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Pictures

Case: 8402 Category: Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Weight: 140 Height: 5' 9" Gender: Female Point of Entry: Submammary (lower breast crease) Type of Implant: Saline filled Implant Placement: Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely) Description: This patient is a 41 year old soldier back from Iraq. She wanted to be "busty" and go from a 36A to a large C or small D cup. The pre-operative photos show small breasts with loss of volume and flattening. Post-operative photos taken at nine months are shown after 480cc moderate profile saline implants filled to 500cc bilaterally were placed beneath the muscle(sub-pectoral) through an incision that is below the breast (infra-mammary). This patient has a very faint scar at ten months as shown when the patient elevates her breast.
