Case: 8404 Category: Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Weight: 140 lbs. Height: 5'5" Gender: Female Point of Entry: Submammary (lower breast crease) Type of Implant: Saline filled Implant Placement: Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely) Description: This 26 year old stay-at-home mother of two young children is 5'5" and 140 pounds. Her pre-operative cup size was 36B and she had mild ptosis (droop) of the breasts noted at the first visit. She was not interested in a breast lift and after full discussion choose a 390cc saline implants filled to 420cc on the right and 410cc on the left placed in a sub-muscular pocket through an incision under the breast, inframammary crease incision. Her pre-op and six month post-op photos are shown. Her breasts are soft and natural in appearance. |
