Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Pictures

Case: 9322 Category: Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants) Weight: 130 lbs. Height: 5'5" Gender: Female Point of Entry: Transaxillary (through armpit) Type of Implant: Saline filled Implant Placement: Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely) Description: This 21 year old is 5'5" and 130 pounds. She states she has been considering this for several years. Post-operatively she states, "Dr. Kaye makes you very comfortable and made sure I understood and knew everything...before anything was done." She chose a transaxillary incision (through the armpit) and the 420cc implants were placed above the muscle but below the fascia or lining of the muscle. The left breast implant was filled at 15% more than the right to adjust for a smaller left breast noted before surgery. The transaxillary incision keeps the incision completely off the breast and a subfascial approach gives an excellent result almost immediately as noted on her photos taken on only 10 days after her surgery. Note how the incision is hidden in the armpit crease ad the very minimal bruising seen around the incision.
