This left her with an abnormal profile, almost a "Boxer's Nose" and trouble breathing through her nose. This was corrected with cartelidge crafts from her ears to the nose and a rhinoplasty. If you look carefully you can just make out the incisions on her ears at the site of the graft harvesting.
